[srslte-users] Inquiry about the by-default scheduling in srsLTE

Hey Gourav,

We don't intend to add a semi-persistent scheduler any time soon. You can
create your own scheduling module by creating classes that inherit from
"sched::metric_dl" or "sched::metric_ul". Check our "dl_metric_rr" and
"ul_metric_rr" examples for further information.
