Hello Ismael,

I successfully got SIB messages with the modifications you made. For SIB1,
SIB2, SIB3 messages, there is no problem. However, when I try to get SIB5
message, as I do with the other commercial operators, there is no message
received. BTW, I got SIB5 messages by calling sib_start_tti(tti, period, 5)
with third parameter by 5 instead of 0. Is the bug resolved fully, or there
may be another issue with SI-RNTI?
