Thank you for your answer!

zeroCorrelationZoneConfig value is set to "1" in OpenLTE SIB2.
Here are attachment files:
for srsUE:
- "ue_earfcn_3100.conf" - config file
- "ue.log" - text log
- "ue.pcap" - log for Wireshark
for OpenLTE
- "LTE_fdd_enodb.pcap" - log for Wireshark
- "001_01_Band7_3100" - config file
I've noticed that enodeb detect preamble id but with TA value in MAC LTE
RAR(in pcap log of enodeb) is 6, corresponding approx 940m distance between
enodeb and UE (in my experiment actual distance was 0.5m)... May be this is
the problem.. My B210s has internal clock references. no GPSDO kits, no
external 10MHz ref clocks.

P.S.
Do you test srsUE with OpenLTE? May be some mutual "magic" configuration
exists for its work together?

P.P.S
I preformed all examples with srsLTE except for example with video
brodcasting... This command "avconv -f video4linux2 -i /dev/video0 -c:v mp4
-f mpegts tcp://127.0.0.1:2000" says it knows nothing about mp4... But
codecs was installed.. I'm new in Linux, may be you have some instruction
for dummies?
